Remove all the CGX V3 files. Install CGX 4 and the latest update
(to get a BVision monitor driver) and remove the CVision monitor
driver). Choose a PAL Screenmode in screenmode prefs (very important
actually, do this before booting with CGX 4, also, enable throughput!)
You need to have another monitor on your native video port, or a TV to
see the requester that pops up the first time you boot with CGX 4. You
need to select the [31khz VGA] option. When you see Workbench in the
native screen/TV (and STILL the bootpic/black screen on your CGX
screen), there should be ONE single BVision screenmode in the
screenmode prefs, choose it, reboot, power off, disconnect other
screen (you may do this later of course) and you should be able to
boot into CGX, using it normally.
(might be I got some details wrong, it's some time since I did this
myself)
Hope this helps!
